Audio Avenue
Audio Avenue is an audio and visual equipment rental company operating in the Wellington CBD. They have a wealth of experience in the industry, fitting out bars and restaurants such as Birdcage, The Duke of Wellington, Dockside, and many others with top of the line sound systems and tv screens. As well as providing the massive concert speakers and stage equipment for some of Wellington’s largest parties and raves hosted by promoters like the Breaking Beats crew.
Karl, the owner/operator of Audio Avenue, got in touch with us late winter 2019; he wanted to take Audio Avenue to the next level. This meant scrapping the old website, and building a completely new website where customers could come and request to hire equipment based on their specific requirements.
We began the development process with a few consultations to make sure that we had a clear understanding of what Karl wanted to achieve. We then transferred the domain name, and got to work building the framework for the new website. The next phase was photographing all of the products for hire, and obtaining the correct information and product specifications. As soon as all the products were catalogued and loaded on to the site, we put everything together and began testing the site to make sure that everything was working the way it should be. After a few bug fixes, and some optimisation for smartphone users, the site was ready to launch in mid-December 2019.
